When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your full name, WhatsApp-enabled contact number, optional email address, selected enquiry type, consent confirmation, the page used to submit the form and the submission time. A hidden anti-spam field may also be processed.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, share requested project updates, coordinate previews or appointments, maintain enquiry records and protect the form from misuse. We do not ask for payment card, banking or identity-document details through this website.
Services involved
Form submissions may be processed through Google Apps Script and recorded in Google Sheets. Notifications may be sent to the appointed team through Gmail or Telegram. These service providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Sharing and retention
Information may be available to the website operator, appointed project sales representatives and the service providers needed to manage your enquiry. It is not intended for sale as a standalone marketing list. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, legal obligations, security and business records.
Your choices
You may ask the appointed team to correct your details, stop promotional follow-up or delete an enquiry record where applicable. Use the registration form and select Other enquiry, stating your request when contacted. You may also decline to submit the form and browse the project information without registering.
Security and external links
Reasonable measures are used to protect submitted data, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free. This website links to independent external sites, including official precinct sources and map services. Their privacy practices are outside this website's control.
